Accuracy in following the recipe, temperature regime, and product handling is the key to the benchmark quality of dishes from Yacht Chief.
Step 1

Preheat oven to 250°C. Cut the Parmesan, blue cheese and raclette cheese into arbitrary large slices and place on a serving board.

Step 2

Place the whole Camembert in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven for 5 minutes, then transfer to a board with the rest of the cheeses. Or don’t bake the cheese, cut into triangles and place on a board with the rest of the cheeses.

Step 3

Place honey, fig mostarda, balsamic cream, white wine jelly into bowls and place on the board next to the cheeses.

Step 4

Cut the salami into thin slices diagonally. Roll the dry-cured ham into rosettes. Place the ham and sausage on the board with the cheeses and sauces.

Step 5

Cut off the stem of the pear, peel the pear from seeds and cut into large slices.

Step 6

Place olives, olives, grapes and pears on the board with cheeses, sauces and smoked meats, sprinkle with walnuts.

Step 7

Insert toothpicks into slices of cheese, ham and sausage, garnish the dish with sprigs of thyme and serve with breadsticks.

When developing the recipes, Yacht Chief takes into account the conditions of cooking on a yacht. Most of our dishes require only a stovetop and a standard set of kitchen tools.
